Our "Restorative" approach to cooking treats food as medicine, prioritizing whole, organic, and locally sourced ingredients to nourish both body and spirit. Each week, we take you on a culinary journey inspired by a wide variety of cuisines, reimagining beloved dishes with cleaner versions that eliminate dairy, gluten, and refined sugars and oils. Our Individual Meals are chef-curated for a nourishing dining experience. Each meal includes 4 oz of quality proteins, 5 oz of grains, beans, or roasted vegetables, and 5 oz of seasonal sautéed greens. This combination offers a well-rounded meal that features fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, appealing to health-conscious individuals and families.

Our Family Style Meals offer a balanced dining experience designed to nourish and satisfy. Each meal features a nutrient-dense main dish accompanied by flavorful side dishes, a crisp salad, and dressing, ensuring a variety of textures and flavors that appeal to everyone at the table. This thoughtful combination promotes health and wellness, making it easier for families to enjoy wholesome, delicious food together. With an emphasis on organic ingredients, these meals cater to diverse tastes while supporting sustainable eating habits, serving four with each selection.

KIDS MENU & ADD-ONS
Our kids menu is designed with both nutrition and taste in mind, featuring family-friendly meals that appeal to young palates while providing essential nutrients. Options include colorful vegetable-packed pasta, lean protein choices, and our in demand probiotic juices, all crafted to encourage healthy eating habits. To enhance mealtime, we offer a variety of add-ons such as seasonal market fruits and dairy-free alternatives, ensuring that every meal can be customized to meet individual dietary needs and preferences. Our aim is to make mealtime enjoyable for kids while keeping parents confident in their dietary choices.

TUESDAY is our delivery day from 1:30 pm till 5:30 pm just before dinner where our clients receive timely text notifications with the estimated time of arrival for their meals. Once the meals have been successfully delivered, they receive a second notification to confirm that their nourishing, meals have arrived.
To ensure they receive their favorites, clients must place their orders by THURSDAY at 7 PM, providing ample time to prepare fresh, organic dishes for the upcoming week.

We work with trusted farms to select the highest quality produce available.

Our Fish are always the best choice in the market and are wild caught or sustainability raised. We work with fishermen that use low-impact fishing methods such as line fishing.
Wild Sockeye Salmon, Wild Cod, Wild Petrale Sole, Wild Rock Cod are some of the fish that we use.
Our Meat and Poultry proteins are always antibiotic- and hormone-free, pasture-raised / free-range /grass-fed/ regenerative. We work exclusively with ranchers and farmers who raise their animals responsibly and sustainably.

Alab SF’s commitment to sustainability is evident in every aspect of our service. We use environmentally friendly packaging that is both recyclable and biodegradable, minimizing our impact on the planet.
Every week, clients return the CLEANED previous week's glassware and we sanitize everything before the next delivery.

We are gluten, dairy, refined ingredient free. We cater to vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and keto diets. More specialized diets are taken on a case by case basis. If you have multiple allergies, please reach out and we can see if this service is the right fit for you.

Though meals can be microwaved, Alab SF Meals were designed to be reheated on a stovetop.
We highly recommend heating your meals on your stovetop whenever you have one available because food tastes better this way.
Step 1
Place your proteins, vegetables and greens in separate pans with 1 teaspoon of good olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. We recommend using good quality olive oil for medium heat cooking.
Step 2
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Put cover and heat for 2-3 mins until piping hot. Don't overcook your greens & proteins (For Sautéed greens, add a pinch of sea salt & sauces)
Step 3
Serve hot, plate, take a picture, post and Enjoy!

Meals showcase a spectrum of superfoods, vegetables, healthy fats, and high quality proteins which are packed with antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and nutrients.

Our delivery day is on TUESDAYS from 1:30 pm till 5:30 PM.
Our cut-off orders is due on Thursdays at 7 pm.
You will receive a text notification for an ETA for your meals. They come in re-usable insulated bags & ice packs that we will pick up the week after. Meals can last for up to 3 hours outside with ice packs.
Please have your glasswares ready by your doorstep for pickup.

Our meals stored in eco-friendly disposables should last for up to 4 days maximum.
On the other hand, meals stored in our glasswares should last until 5 days.
